Board of Directors Leadership Opportunities
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF): JDRF is looking for volunteers and candidates for board positions. JDRF’s mission is to fund research to find a cure for Type One Diabetes. Locally our chapter provides leadership to educate and support for families dealing with the disease and to manage our three major fund raisers – The Walk, The Ride and the Gala. Experts fully believe that Type One Diabetes can be cured – not just treated but cured – in the near future based on current advances being funded by JDRF.
This is a great opportunity to expand your community leadership with a fun group of volunteers and to be a part of the generation that cures diabetes.
If you have interest in serving as a volunteer or to be nominated for a board position, please contact David Barnett at Pinnacle Bank: 233-8275 or email at dbarnett@pinnaclebanksc.com
